Hurray, I’m happy to announce that I have completed course six and the side quest too.
In course six, I learnt that we can build a system once that we can reuse everytime and that our designs should be human centered (empathic) as much as possible.

Hurray, I have completed course five: admin support and data entry standard.
In the course of this study, I was able to understand the basic requirements to become a successful administrative assistant, phone etiquette, setting up a meeting, organizational skills, competence, functional and emotional intelligence, etc.
