Hurray, I am happy to announce that I have completed the seventh course; Client and Community Management.
In this course, I learnt about how to transfer phone calls, how to understand and manage stress, the five forbidden phrases never to be used when a customer brings a complain and the six steps to service recovery.
The modules in this course helped to broaden my understanding on how to handle and resolve customer complaints effectively. I am now better equipped to work remotely.
