This is the second time I am doing a course related to Customer service skills. This is a skill needed for easy communication and relation to customers making it easy to have a splendid rapport with them, discharging my duties diligently and managing stress without affecting my job and personal life.

This quest is an upgraded task that enhances me into embarking on a journey of graphic designing. It’s challenging but with the help of my partner, it became a success and I was able to get better and relentless.

These has given me the opportunity to buckle up more and know about the responsibilities of a virtual assistant to be smart, concise, precise and communicable in handling tasks in a workplace and making the informations effective correct and useful.

I was able to learn in details about administrative work from arranging schedules at work to also involving myself in the task such as waking early, getting to work on time, checking mails, voicemails and the likes. So as to be prepared for everyday task to make each day fulfilled and solved.
