Customers are the blood line of every business, so it’s important we treat them as we kings and Queens as the are.
I have learn how to listen, speak and overall interaction with customers inoreder to keep them because repeat customers can actually make us cut cost than getting a new customer.

This week’s courses came at the right time. Learning about components, human-centered design, AI skills, and brand systems all in one week felt intense but connected. The idea of building once and using everywhere stuck with me — it applies not just to design but to how I think about systems in my own business and in building for others too.

This course taught me how to stay organized, manage tasks efficiently, and maintain accuracy and professionalism in data entry and administrative work, preparing me for real workplace responsibilities.

Completing the Adaptability and Resiliency course has been a truly eye-opening experience for me. It helped me understand that adaptability is not just about reacting to change, but about embracing it with the right mindset and seeing opportunities where others may see challenges.
