Instead of viewing Artificial Intelligence as a threat, I now see it as an invaluable operational partner.

Here are the key takeaways from this week’s course:

A Multiplier for Productivity: AI isn’t just about speed; it’s about accuracy and scaling efficiency. By taking over repetitive administrative tasks and data workflows, AI frees us up to focus on what humans do best: high-level strategy, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving.

An Evolving Job Market: While routine data entry and manual administrative roles are being phased out, AI is simultaneously opening up entirely new ecosystems.
