Teach at least one cohort in your POD a skill/ something you already know and make sure the person understands.

Share clear evidence of the teaching session (photo, video, screenshot, voice note, or learner feedback) and submit a short reflection to your PO:

1. What skill did you teach?

2. Who did you teach?

3. How did the session go?

4. What impact did it have on you as a Learner or as a teacher.
