    Completion of Week Seven Course – Client and Community Management – Earn to Upgrade Programme
    Customers are the pillars of every business, tending to customers kindly and appropriately is the foundation of building a successful and sustainable business anywhere.
    This course teaches us how to build and maintain excellent customer relationships by meeting the customers expectations and exceeding their perception of your goods and services.

    Completing this course heightened my knowledge on how to provide excellent customer support by being reliable, being responsive, giving assurance, showing empathy and delivering tangibles to customers, these covers the scope of handling customers enquiries and complaint professionally and appropriately.

    This course is a cute wrap of some of the things we have learnt in the previous weeks in the Earn to Upgrade Programme; especially in terms of communication and effectively handling administrative roles.

    I didn’t take this course with a mindset of just going through another learning chapter, I immersed my mind in this learning process that every step of the way feels like a real practical.
