I am excited to say that I have completed the second course for the Earn to Upgrade – Greymond program titled, “Emotional Resilience at Work” on Alison. This course is structured to prepare cohorts on how to deal with emotional, physical or mental tension that could arise in the duration of this program. The admins understand that taking on a self-paced learning program is a change or challenge to participants especially, trying to balance the course schedule with carrying out daily activities.
This course impacts knowledge on how to handle stress as an individual, in a team and as an organization – Resilience.
I am happy to say that I am better equipped to handle stress and excel throughout this program.
