    The first step to solving a problem is to ask questions. As a critical thinker, you must know how to ask questions. Taking deep breaths for 10 mins helps to clear mental blocks.

    One of the habits that stop us from achieving our goals is Procrastination. Carry out your tasks one after the other.
    Be organised as this helps us to work effectively. Clutters make tasks difficult and takes lots of your time.
